We are looking for a results-driven Trainee - Software Tester, who after the training period would be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. He/she will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. Trainee Tester may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.
To be successful as a Software Tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the Software Tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Software Tester Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge on manual testing.
• Knowledge on SQL basics and Advance.
• Able to work on individually as well as Team.

Software Tester Responsibilities:
• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

• Executing tests on software usability.

Educational Requirements:

Job Requirements:

· Prioritize and manage many open tickets at one time to the customer satisfaction
· Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers

* Computer background is preferred and must have worked with Clients abroad with English as mode of communication.
** Customer Support experience with Level 1/ Level 2 are desirable
** Should be technically sound on the basic requirements of the systems. 

The candidate should be good at technical documentation including product guides, product note, technical manuals, software product descriptions, release notes, user manuals and design documents for various products.
You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, support managers to create easy to understand user content and product documentation to increase product clarity, performance and usability.
Document writers must possess excellent communication skills, particularly in writing. They must also be able to work with a wide variety of colleagues from developers to engineers to be sure they have a good understanding of the product they are writing about to convey all the important information about it to the end user. They must be able to work under pressure and meet all deadlines.
